I hate working out. Moving, getting sweaty, looking funny doing weird things in the middle of the living room, it is just strange. Although, one thing I thoroughly enjoy is yoga. It is so relaxing that I don’t even notice that I am challenging my body until afterwards when I can physically notice the improvements. How is that not the best way to workout?
While we were living in Twentynine Palms my husband and I did a free yoga class twice a week on base. It was amazing! But, now that we have Elizabeth, and live on a different base, neither of us want to go and leave the other behind (this class isn’t free and there is no childcare) so I have found the perfect website to allow us to be yogi’s once more! This is my new yoga instructor.

The website has so much to offer: There is a huge mass of yoga workout videos, tutorials, poses, meditation, breathing techniques, etc. If you have ever wanted to try yoga they have beginner’s videos. If you had stopped doing yoga for whatever reason (that’s me!) they have videos that target the areas you specifically want to improve, the list goes on. Stop listening to me and head on over there and get your groove on!
