I failed my workout goal..which was to workout every day due to a busy schedule and visitors, but after their departure this morning I got right back to it! Today I began my workout with Rebecca-Louise’s Pilates video from last week. I actually struggled with my balance during some but kept it up. After I completed that video I wanted to do yoga so I searched the website (www.watchxhit.com) where I discovered that all of the yoga and Pilates videos are the same thing! They have different descriptions but they are all the exact same thing, what is with that?! After that I just went to a different page on the website and found this wonderful gem:
This workout was tough, and Kelsey Lee is a great instructor, she adds her personality to the workout which includes a great sense of humor. All in all, I will include her to my list of instructors as I get myself in shape. Even while writing this post I can feel the effects in my legs and core. I believe I have become an xhit-er! Are there any particular workouts that have been effective for you?
