So, as you may or may not already know, I just graduated from Norwich University up in Vermont, where I am originally from.  I am used to weather that ranges from 75 (tops) to about -30, sometimes it’s even colder.  It is never hotter than 75 degrees though.  And though I love the summer, the AC in my car is currently not working, yuck.  So while I think about the trip to the grocery store I am actually contemplating walking!  But really, I can’t, the refrigerated food would get gross by the time I arrived home, anyway.  So this is a photo of the temperature from home: Image

And this is the temperature from my new home (Stafford, VA):

You can say that I am actually taking note of any possible thing I may need tomorrow, as there is no stinkin’ way I am getting in that sauna of a vehicle tomorrow.  Oh, and by the way? It’s a black SUV with no window shade and it’s parked in the sun and it is absolutely not happening for me tomorrow.  Looks like I’m going to have to tough it out right now while it’s still only 85 degrees before it gets up the 89 it’s threatening to do.  Poor Charlie is not enjoying the temperatures either (this is actually not a flattering photo of her, but it is so cute/funny):

Well I hope all of you are comfortable with the weather around you. 🙂 My advice to you if you are not comfortable is either to get used to it (which is my first option) or to base your life’s schedule around not going outdoors while it’s uncomfortable for you (do-able, but very inconvenient). LOL.
